Hi im Shaz. I started my weightless and fitness journey again a few months back by joining weight watchers and seemed to be going well as I am 29lbs lighter. Im now finding the more I exercise i just seem to move up and down the same few lbs, so feeling rather frustrated i thought i would give calorie counting a shot. I have a long way to go as at 5ft 4 i currently weigh 224lbs, i keep myself very active by walking a lot as well as fitting in a workout most days.
