Hey all. I am new to my fitness pal and am 3 weeks post open Bariatric surgery. I am looking for friends who have gone through the surgery, who are thinking about going through the surgery or just people who are good motivators and support! Everyone welcome! I am hoping to be cleared to work out on the 9th so that will be a New stage for me!
