Would like to become friends with similar stats. I'm welcome to all friends who are using their pouch as a tool! I'm all about balanced nutrition. Once I can, I'd like to start weight training and running 5k's and what not.

    I haven’t had bypass yet but looking forward to having it I’m starting the insurance process now down 10lbs
