Do these turn out like cookie texture or like muffin top texture? I made some low cal cookies once and they turned out very muffin like. Very good and curbed the sweet tooth, but not cookie like. I think that used applesauce instead of eggwhites though so that's prob the dif.

I don't know if it was my cooking or what (most likely!) but I made these and they tasted sort of like plain biscuits you eat for breakfast with gravy, but with chocolate chips in them.

Other than the sub of egg for milk, the recipe is about the same (ingredients wise):

    Biscuits
    2 cups sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 tablespoons butter or shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    about 3/4 cup milk

I think I will stick to saving up calories to have cookies I really enjoy rather than being able to more often eat cookies I am thinking "why am I eating these" the whole time.

Also, how in the world did you get 30 cookies out of it! Were they literally the size of hershey kisses? I got 12 out of them and these were still the size of my thumb to forefinger.
