Good morning! I used MFP some years ago and it helped me achieve some great results. I managed to keep it up (without tracking macros), but over this spring/summer I had some health setbacks that put me in a workout slump and I began eating like a total *kitten* head.
I gained back some lbs and lost a bit of that beautiful muscle I worked hard to build. - I figured I'd go back to what worked for me years ago, hence why I'm here.
My goal is to lower my bf %, gain strength back and quit eating like a total *kitten* head by eating less processed crap and focusing on portion and better healthy choices.![:p :p](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/tongue.png)
One of the really awesome things about MFP was the community of like-minded people. So let's do this MFPers, let's do the damn thing together. Feel free to add me for snarks and motivation and some cool stuff here and there.
