Healthy Protein Bars

Hi all,
I am finding that half the time I am under eating 100-200 calories, which means my weight loss is not sustainable in the long run (need 1300/day). I know I could eat some nuts to make up that difference, but I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a healthy protein bar that would fit within this range of calories, that isn't complete junk. Taste is not a huge concern for me - it's more about meeting my caloric goals.
I would YouTube it but I am suspicious of products being sponsored etc. If these could be ordered off Amazon, or online, even better!
Thanks in advance for your assistance!

i mean, "healthy" means different things to different people. My favorites are all relatively high in sugar and top out at 5-13g protein per bar, which may be on the low side for you. But all of these are high in fiber and made out of more whole food ingredients than the more popular brands out there (power bar/Luna, Quest etc - which are great if protein alone is your primary goal).
RxBar - very chewy and sweet but all whole-food ingredients. Protein/binder is egg whites, sweetener is dates.
Kind Bars - these do have added sugar but are otherwise pretty good. Some flavors are much lower in sugar. These are good if you don't like that "food bar" consistency cuz they're basically a bunch of nuts and fruit stuck together.
Lara Bar - these are the lowest in protein, but the base recipe of all the bars is dates and cashews/other nuts, so i find them very rich and satisfying.
Cheapest option would be to make your own. There are tons of recipes out there, and you can add protein powder/nuts & butters/oats & grains to balance out macros to suit your exact needs. GL!1 -
I like ThinkThin bars

I like Quest and FitJoy.3

What does healthy mean to you?
Quest bars seem to be the best protein per calorie bar I've been able to find that aren't a struggle to eat. Clif builder bars are better, but higher cal for the same protein.3 -
Aldi ones are cheap at 49p each and taste ok. Usually found at the checkout.

I do like Quest bars but they're pretty expensive if you can't find them on sale.
Kirkland makes a very similar bar for half the price, so if you have a Costco nearby, that's a great bet.
I'm too cheap to buy the expensive bars so I just get the "Pure Protein" bars at Walmart. They're 20g protein and 200 calories per serving. I don't care too much about what else is in them so they suit me fine.1 -

Do you have a GNC nearby? They sell singles of a bunch of bars so you can try a bunch and then choose some favorites. I always stock up on
Quest - blueberry muffin, cookies and creme, peanut butter and jelly, banana nut muffin, triple berry
FitJoy - cinnamon roll, pumpkin pie
Grenade Carbakiller - nutter butter
CombatCrunch - cinnamon roll
OhYeah One - birthday cake, peanut butter0 -
If you also need to increase fiber, you can try the basic clif bars or some of the Special-K bars. (lower protein than protein bars, but higher in fiber and also cheaper). As someone above stated, it depends on your personal definition of "healthy".0

"healthy protein bar that would fit within this range of calories, that isn't complete junk"
Much easier to find is a wide range of energy bars for about 200 calories each.0 -
After doing further research I've elected to use a protein shake. 130 calories per scoop.0

Mrm has some really gapped protein powders. The whey and veggie elite are delicious!0

You can order a box that has one of every Quest flavor on Amazon. Put them in the microwave for 13 seconds first. My favs are oatmeal, mint chocolate, blueberry and cookie dough.1

If all you care about is the protein macro, then yes... a decent protein powder/shake will be much more efficient than most bars. Just be careful what you mix in with the protein... cals can increase pretty quickly.0 -
I can't define what's healthy to you, but I like for me, Pure Protein bars, Atkins bars, some Quest bars, I want to say the brand is PowerBar and that one is not bad.
I've had a couple nasty ones. I do not like Premier Protein bars and I didn't like Best protein bar.0 -
Superdrug. https://www.superdrug.com/search?text=Protein+bars Plus others.0

So far I like the Atkins snacks and bars.0

22 days - all organic ingredients, low sugar and high fiber. Can find at Target and probably online?0

I am a huge quest fan also. What good is a protein bar if it's too much effort to eat because you don't like it!! Get the one you like in the calorie range.0
