Hello everyone, I've been trying Myfitnesspal for about a month and so far it makes me feel self conscious about my daily intakes and tracking down the good nutritional values. So far, I've lost 30 pounds since the beginning of this year which I do cardio and body resistance with lifting weights at home. Any recommendations will be helpful to make my transformation even better. Feel free to comment. Thanks
