I have been steadily gaining weight from stress after having my son almost 4 months ago, even with breastfeeding. I want to get back to where I was before I got pregnant but I have a long way to go

Be careful, and start slow. You need more calories while breastfeeding, so just take it easy and enjoy being a mom!1

Hello! My name is Amber. I have a 4 month old as well. I gained about 50lbs with my LO. I started at 130 prepregnacy and now I think im about 150 to 160. I breastfeed as well so I'm trying to stay in the 2000 to 2500 range of calories. Its hard to eat healthy when all I crave is sweets lol. Hopefully this app helps me stay on track.2

I am gaining weight as well and I breastfeed exclusively, my son is now 2 months old and I was looking forward to start losing weight. We went through 9 months of pregnancy and gained this weight it’s no wonder it will take long to lose it again, but I tell you I am not exactly happy with the weight gain. Long journey to go.I have been steadily gaining weight from stress after having my son almost 4 months ago, even with breastfeeding. Good luck mommas!
