Widest weight change in 24 hours?

What's the biggest change in weight you've seen in a 24-48 hour period? I stepped on the scale yesterday morning (which I generally avoid because it gets in my head) and I was 10 lbs lighter than last month. Yeah! Soooo happy, I even had my husband weigh himself because I thought the scale was broken. Stepped on it tonight, 12 lbs HEAVIER?! 24 hours. That can't be right...right?

lost 15 pounds overnight being sick (was starting from an empty stomach to it was a horrendous night 5 of the pounds actually stayed off...)
Gained 11 after a weekend vacation of yummy burgers lol1 -
15 lbs the day after the Caesars buffet. Worth it.3

5lbs and usually due to dehydration from sleeping2

Well, so of that will be due to the added weight of consumed foods since you weighed in the morning and then in the evening. My biggest wa 10lbs. High sodium consumption the day before mixed with TOM water retention.1

I don't usually check daily and the only instance I recall from when I did was a gain of 4 Ibs. I had eaten a loaf of fig and hazelnut bakery bread the evening before. Went for a long bike ride and it was gone.0

I think 5 (point something) pounds from one first-thing-in-AM weigh-in to the next. But in maintenance, that's around 4% of my body weight.
It was more pounds sometimes when I was obese, but probably a similar percentage.0 -

Yes, they do a cranberry and pecan one as well and a walnut loaf. I think they do a spiced fruit one for the Christmas season. They are basically freshly baked batons and I still occasionally buy one and just eat bits as I walk round town if I am craving. It seems to kill off any other cravings I am having too so I guess when I crave bread, my body is asking for some more carbs lol.0
