I've just started at a new gym and the have the Hoist KL series in the female room.
Does anyone know what the weight increments are on these machines as they one go by numbers, not weight, which makes it hard to track progress using apps.
I've searched online with no luck.

They use a double pulley system - so the weight of the plates (12.5 lbs in manual of bench press machine) is not true weight at end of cable, could be 2x as you'd expect if pulleys are same size - but you also have cable hooked to a lever (bottom of chair and you are pushing a foot or so above it) and friction in the system.
It appears there is a good reason why they claim no weight on the plate selected, but merely a number - it's not that exact for a weight.
But you may be able to do the math on the total available weight and number of plates.
Did you do a Google search to find the product info on it?
Not hard to find if you use the right words - 2nd in list despite the name of the file.

If you really want to know, get a force gauge or portable luggage scale and measure it.1

I actually emailed the company about this a while back and even they couldn't give me a straight answer (remember you are moving your body too, so you need to take that weight into the equation). as long as you are increasing progressively as you go - that is what matters (if that is your goal) - even if you never truly know how much you are lifting.0

Oh, I picked the wrong manual to look at - since that's the case for your weight included - then ya, no wonder they don't list a weight - impossible.
Looked at couple other units, appears a ramp also that is different incline.0
