Good job! I'm in my Young 50s too! I've currently lost 20 pounds since Oct 1st. I'm trying to get below 200, hopefully before the end of the year, and then take it day by day. Keep up the good work! B)

You can absolutely do this with diet and exercise!? What kind of pills are you taking?

Pills?? Not sure if that was a typo. Wishing you success, but really hope you aren't relying on a 'magic pill'. Eating less calories than you burn is the way to do it. Exercise is great too, but not necessary for weight loss.

But some of the pills make you feel great all day.

I thought that at first, but what else would you do 2 of 2X a day? Bills, thrills, dills? Actually 2 pickles 2X a day might help with weight loss. :D

Since OP hasn't come back, lets speculate. I say it's drills. Like the kind that basketball players do - run 10 yards and return to starting point, then run 20 yards and back, then 30 yards. Do those twice a day and you may see some results. LOL.

Actually,, that may be a good goal. I'm off to the gym!

I thought it would be only 2 prescription pills. Some unhealthy people in their 50's take a bunch of pills for high blood pressure, diabetes, pain, cholesterol, even anti-depressants.

Although I'm not the OP I'm pretty sure it was weight loss related, rather than another health condition. She said Shedding pounds with 2 pills 2x a day.

In an effort to not make this completely about the pills (dills or drills), it is totally possible to lose weight in your 50's! Lots of success stories here with people in their 50's, 60's and 70's who are fit and healthy. B)
