Bulk to shred in prep for OCR - Need friends

Hi all, so I'm currently trying to bulk by lifting heavier with less reps, upping the calories and have a solid 3 day split routine.
My aim is to add more muscle and mass through winter and then Feb time begin the shred ready for a few OCR events I have booked.
I'd really like a few friends (male or female) I can latch on to for support/motivation etc

Any takers please??

    I do OCR. I've got about 25 pounds to drop to get to race weight, so no "bulk" phase here. Though I do lift a lot to get stronger.
