Hi, I know I have seen this posted before but am having issues locating it. I am making spaghetti for dinner and am not sure how to weigh the pasta. Do I weigh it dry or after it has been cooked? Thank you!

the calorie information on the nutrition label is generally for the dry weight, unless the label specifies otherwise. There are entries for both dry and cooked weight in the database, so if you prefer to weigh it after cooking you can find an accurate and appropriate entry to use. Just make sure that the way you weigh it and the entry you choose match up.0
