Hey Everyone! Happy November! My name is Jess and like you, I'm here to lose weight but I'm trying to have fun with it, if that's even possible. I started a new challenge for November: Planksgiving. Never thought about doing planks but I hear it works wonder for the arms and I need desparately to banish the bat wings! Anyone can join, so come on and challenge yourself!
