Apple Watch users and motivation.

The last month I have started using my Apple Watch to track my activity and have shared it with a coupe of others, which and has really started to get me motivated. I have had my watch since the first one came out and just had to have it, but just recently started using for the way it was attended.

I know that it seems silly, but I’m at that point that I have to close those rings. For November my goal is to close them out the whole month and include an include an exercise each of the days.

I would like to here other user experiences with the Apple Watch and the Activity app.
