Post knee surgery weight loss

Hi! My name is Sophie, I’m an 18 year old soccer player who unfortunately had two knee surgeries in 4 months. I weighed 155 before my first surgery and I was blessed enough to come back and sign to play college soccer, however, after my first surgery I turned funny and had to have another surgery. My second one was more complex and I didn’t take care of myself the way I should. I’m 185 pounds now and I’m not dealing with it well. I’m severely depressed, not myself, and just all around sad. I’m seeing a therapist about it because this just isn’t who I am. I am really struggling with my weight loss and I’m in need of a support group.
