3 months and 22 lb lighter

Started at 207 lb and 28% BF and set my goal of 2 lbper week for a target weight of 175 lb and ultimately 13-15% BF. I’m a 51 male. Use my Withhings scale synchro to MapMyRun and MyFitnessPal and track everything closely. Had considered CoolSculpting or Lipo but tried this instead. My labs were great, cholesterol down, etc. I take 160 gym
Whey protein a day, fiber, and my supplements to include Fish and Krill Oil. Asthazanthin, Garlic and Turmeric. Interested in hearing about others’ stories. Keep it up. It’s a way of life not a diet:)
