New - but not new to trying to lose!

I've just started logging, yesterday, after a really great consultation with a nutritionist. It's time to make some changes, and lose some of the weight I've put on in the last two years. I'm super motivated right now, and looking for a group of similarly minded folks - I'm convinced that accountability is key. Anyone else just starting out want a 'buddy' or two for support?

Log your food accurately and honestly. Get and use a kitchen scale. You will succeed at learning to eat like a slim person, and you can learn to live that way. This is not a diet. This is the rest of your life. Enjoy it!0
