What situation is this? Are you ill? What does will be opened for 30 minutes mean?

You're supposed to eat the number of calories MFP tells you - open your food diary, log the food you eat, hit that number. What to eat, is up to you - what do you like?

1- i meant i'll only receive replies for 30 minutes... after that i must start preparing food. now i realize how unclear that was... sorry
2- should i eat ALL 1200 calories at once? :open_mouth: wouldn't that be too much? especially if i'll start eating around 7 or 7:30?

Rice sounds good, but at this point I think faster is better, so I'd go with pasta. My prescription:

    1. Water. Hydrate yourself.
    2. Put a chicken breast in a pan. Boil the pasta you have. While it cooks, slice up some veggies. Toss them in the boiling water for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking your pasta. Then toss with some soy sauce and a little oil (sesame if you have it), then dice and add your chicken.

Once your hunger is under control, log your food, and see what you have left. Today may be a good day for a treat. Why not take a walk to a frozen yogurt shop or somewhere?

There's actually a way of eating called OMAD - one meal a day. It's a type of intermittent fasting. Lots of people have found success with fasting all day then having one large meal. It absolutely won't hurt you.

If you're not used to this style of eating, you may experience a bit of stomach upset. So in your case, I would take it slowly and perhaps try to split your evening meal into a few smaller, spaced out meals. And drink lots of water.

No problem. I know the feeling where you're so hungry and you just want to EAT ALL THE FOOD. In fact, I experienced that on Sunday, because I forgot to eat before leaving the house. I'm very independent most of the time, but when I get that hungry and irrational, sometimes just having a direction helps.
