Hello!!

I've been using MFP for a while now but never really reached out in the community, so I figured I would start today. So far I've lost 46lbs in about 6-7 months. While I am proud of myself for that, I still have another 45 I'd like to lose. My starting weight was 262 and I'm only 5'6 so I have a ways to go still.

Anyways...we are having family pictures done in October (about 12 weeks from now) so I decided to create my own 12 week plan to try and lose another good amount of weight before we have them done. It is a mix of cardio, strength and toning. I'd love to compare this years pix to last year and be able to pat myself on the back for a job well done.

So, I started my 12 week plan Monday July 29th. Three days in (not much I know) but I'm feeling really good and already see me pushing myself to do things I didn't think I could this early on.
