Although I have only lost about 12 pounds, I am down two clothing sizes! I went from a size 16 to a 12. Praise God for blessing my effort!

    I started my weight loss journey in May this year. I have worked hard on changing my habits, eating more vegetable based meals and regularly exercising. I lived a pretty sedentary lifestyle before. This year I learned to run 5k! I biked to school consistently for 2 semesters (until the rain started in Vancouver) and have lost 18lbs. I feel pretty proud of myself.
