Hi everyone!
I’m just curious when you all started to see changes in your appearance from losing some weight! I heard it’s 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for close family and friends, and 10 weeks for everyone else to notice. Is that accurate?

It's going to vary from person to person. I didn't notice until 3-4 months in and I'd lost 20 pounds.1

I went from 213 to 193 in 4 months, took a break from this, then in the 5th month people started noticing. It was like I needed to eat more again for comments to start. Not that I did this for comments it was just ironic.1

Completely arbitrary numbers. In 4 weeks I could lose 4 lbs but a bigger person could lose 20. Also-- since I'm tall as heck, no weight loss is noticible until it's in the 25 lb range.1
