Run 1 mile a day with your dog!

I run with my lab mix about once a week. During the week, I usually run on the treadmill because I'm out of the house about 10 hours each day and don't like to run after dark. But once she sees my running clothes on the weekend, she gets super excited and can't wait to get out the door. She helped me train for a half marathon this summer, with her going up to 7 miles in a single run (was worried about taking her much farther than that).

My beagle mix and I completed his first 5k on Sept 30th. He’s a champ! We averaged 9:30 min miles during that race. Proud of my boy!
