Getting back into the groove!

This is my third time back on this app and I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things!
I'm 5'2" and currently 145 pounds. I'd just like to lose 20 pounds, but I struggle with chronic back pain and chronic knee pain which makes it hard for me to stay motivated! Looking for some friends to help keep me motivated! Whether you're just getting back into as well, or you've been doing it for years!

    I understand completely. My feet keep swelling on top and boy does that hurt.
    I can't seem to get motivated. Good luck to all of us. :#

    Hi. I feel your pain. Literally. I've been in bed for over a year due to back injury/pain. Trying to be motivated to do something when you are in pain is difficult. I think all we can do is try to find motivation/inspiration through others. That is honestly why I rejoined this site and am scrolling through.
