BOXING?!

Hey y'all!
Just curious if anyone here incorporates boxing into their workouts?
I live in a rural place and there are no boxing classes around, but my gym has a heavy weight bag and a speed bag!
Newbie here and would love some tips, so far I've just watched YouTube videos and tried jab crosses??? Haha!
Thanks in advance...I think I might love this and am very excited!

    I used to do a lot of boxing fitness classes back in 2013/2014 and also went, for a time, to a proper boxing gym. It was a great way for me to get out any stress/anger and I did truly love it. I also did other stuff, including some weights, running, cross trainer, circuits etc, but boxing was my main passion and it played a decent role in getting the look you see in my profile picture from back then.

    Boxing workouts are fantastic. It's worth googling "Heavy bag workouts" it will give you various exercises to do on the bag e.g punch combos, knees, elbows, kicks etc. There are some great videos on YouTube.

    You really can't beat a bit of boxing for great cardio and stress relief! You can also download a free boxing timer on your phone so you can get in some 3 min rounds and have it timed correctly.
