So far I have lost 7 pounds (6'1" - 254 to 247) by making changes to my diet. I've also gone from being able to do only 15 minutes of cardio to about 40 minutes. I could barely do 3 sets of 12 curls with 15 pound dumbbells, and today I just did 3 set of 12 with 25 pound dumbbells.

I feel amazing. I never expect such a drastic change in energy and motivation after only 3 weeks of dieting, exercising, and lifting. This combo is incredible, and I've never been more motivated to see how much better it gets as I slowly reach my target goal of 180 pounds.

My biggest regret is I waited until I was 31 to start doing this!
