I've been slipping.
And eating less healthy has left me with less energy and feeling like crap.
So I've been exercising less.
Which means my mental state is taking a hit, so I try to compensate by
you guessed it
eating "comfort foods"
that make me feel like crap...
Tomorrow morning I'm going for a 5 mile run.
And I have my next gym workout written out.
I have plenty of energizing food in the house.
Tomorrow this spiral is getting snapped.
