Eat less, but not too little.0

Women with PCOS most often suffer from insulin resistance. If you do, be careful about eating high glycemic foods such as processed carbs. Your doctor should be able to help you with what to do, especially if you are pre-diabetic and a candidate for medication.0

I have PCOS and have been researching the same. The doctor I saw most recently tried to tell me to just be better counting calories and I knew there was more to it. Of the girls I’ve talked to, Keto or Mediterranean diet seem to be the best options. Of course, I’ve done all this research and still can’t seem to commit to it.0
