Pretty amazing lady who started lifting at 79. Her coach was is a Starting Strength coach that slowly trained her to good lift numbers. Had 2 hip replacements, knee replacement, neck fused, herniated disk, and other issues earlier in life. She deadlifts reps at 135 and working towards 150. Benches 55 for reps and overhead presses kettlebells.
She has had a near fall and caught herself! Never too old to start.
