Hello from a fatty

Found the iPhone app for this a couple of weeks ago. It's tip top. Keeps me motivated as I can add stuff as and when and keep track of the calories. Also means I can have the odd treat or two if I know I'm not gonna go over. The other incentive is my cousin told me I looked like her dad. That's something I definitely don't want! Starting point was 18st 12lb (or 264lbs for you Americans or 119.75kilos for the Europeans) and want to lose at least 3st. Have lost 3lb each of the first two weeks so not a bad start methinks. Been cycling too for the first time in years. Didn't realise how unfit I was. That's been hard work.

    Welcome! Sounds like you're off to a great start. Keep at the cycling. I've been working out 6 days a week for 2 weeks steady now and I am finally starting to feel a difference...I'm sure your endurance will start to increase at a rapid rate.
