    Well I was so excited to start walking at work today. Dug my runners out and a spider has now called them home and they are all fuzzy (mold)... I have to wear heels/proper shoes at work so I can't go out for a quick walk down the street in heels. :(... nothing a quick spray of vinegar and a good b/f to dig the spider out... set back :'(... soon I will join!... I will put in the small little bits I have done but it really isnt that far

    Enjoy! I'm having a day off today - been out every day since mid October for a minimum of 4 miles a day and a day off is well overdue! Onwards tomorrow. :)

    At least it's only a small spider and not an encounter with Shelob. :D
