    Very terrific. I agree that some of my most 'zen' moments are when I've ran past the 'blerch' and I feel great about myself and about the world I'm in.

    When I miss workouts for a while, the rest of the noise creeps back in and it's so easy to get stressed/down/etc.

    The Oatmeal is ah-maze-ing :)

    Now that was hilarious and I totally agree. Everytime I start running I think to myself "WTF are you doing, this is so much work". Though when I am done it feels amazing and I get to eat! This guy definitely hit it right on the head!
