Day 1, looking to add connections!

First day of Keto is today! Starting at 163, goal of staying within 135-140. The heavy history of diabetes in the women in my family is my primary motivation, along with preserving and improving my cardiorespiratory health and endurance. I want to be able to run and move freely and strongly like I do now for far into the future. Working with the elderly and physically disabled, and watching the various detrimental impacts of diabetes on women I love, provides me with motivation every day to make this change and work toward these goals.
