Hi I have chronic lower back pain and would like to find friends that will motivate me ! I’m wanting to go low carb any tips please

Welcome back, I am returning as well 4 days strong. I also did a low carb weight loss program coupled with pushing my 1yr old all around town in a stroller so just walking and I did lose a significant amount of weight. Simultaneously I hit a rough patch in my marriage and I gained it all back. From what I remember is I ate more veggies, a small amount of meat, good carbs like melba toast, wasa crackers, brown rice, and sweet potato. The program offered a plethora of protein drinks like strawberry-kiwi, cranberry-grape, orange-mango, fruit punch which I loved bc I hate the chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla ones. I kept a food log and went to weighed in once or twice a week.0
