I stopped calorie counting a few months ago, and it shows. Yesterday, started up again. And if I eat every day for the next five weeks like I ate yesterday, I'll be up 6 pounds! Who knew pretzel rods added up so quickly? That's my go to snack when I'm working. Something about the crunch is soothing.
I need to drink water at work. I plan to, but then it's just coffee coffee coffee. In addition to the elliptical this morning, and a better effort at a calorie count, I want to go for 32 oz of H2O during the day.
My Return Plan is to get back into the habit of logging -- adding it up in my head is not the same as seeing the actual numbers right there in bold print.0 -
This is really a great post. I wonder if it should be in the General Diet forum (only because I think that one seems to get more traffic).0
