    Weight loss is really simple - eat less/move more. You have to do it for real, so you just do, you don't try. Trying, and then making it hard, is not going to work, you'll just exhaust yourself. Do, and do it as easy as possible. Use MFP as designed. Aim for a 1% weekly loss. Eat food you like. Log correctly. Be patient.

    Consistantancy is the hard part. Other than that yeah just eat less than what you burn off. That simple.
