Hello (Again)

Have been at MFP before and have also used WW, Spark People, lose it...You name it and I've been there...Always liked MFP because of the huge database of food...Nothing worse then trying to track on a busy day and not being able to find the food you're trying to track...Am now within about 21 lbs of where I want to be..Walking over 10,000 steps a day and training for my 100 mile century bike ride....Have entered the Richmond (VA) 1/2 marathon for next weekend, although most of that will be walked and not ran..Even went skydiving 2 weeks ago (Thus my new user name)....Skydiving was a blast!! I highly recommend and its not nearly as scary as you might think...Any questions...Just ask! Anyway, thats my "story" for this Sunday morning in Virginia Beach! Have a great day all!
