Winter Workout Accountability

I have workout goals, but I know the only way to get to them is to stick to a realistic plan of workouts week by week. So I decided to start a challenge of weekly workout accountability. If you want to join in - post your plans to workout for the next week each Sunday. Then the following Sunday, check in with how you did and commit to your plan for the next week. e.g.
w/c 6th Nov
M - CrossFit class
T - short run/jog
W - CrossFit class
T - yoga
F - CrossFit class
S - longer run
S - rest
Challenges from last week / Thoughts going forward : Missed sessions last week because of aching back - need to work on rolling & stretching this week.

I can provide positive support! I'm actually in decent weight range but need to gain back my strength and tone after an illness in may 2017. I also need exercise for my mental well-being...we all know how to do it in theory! The hard part is to apply the knowledge! I am DLCare, many blessings!1
