I like beans but I like meat too but can I use beans to replace protein and it be nutritionally a good balance?

Sure, but keep in mind that beans tend to be a bit low in the amino acid methionine, so don't rely on beans exclusively for protein, but combining them with animal products or other forms of vegetable protein is fine (doesn't need to be at the same meal).
