Hey! I’ve been using MFP properly for 70 days now and today was my first day at the gym! I’m 34 and I have 84 pounds left to lose, so early days yet.
I’d like to add more people on here so I can comment/support others on their progress and them on mine.
I’m doing the calorie deficit and focusing on at least 3 trips to the gym a week to have a push, pull and leg day. Watched so much stuff on YouTube about the gym and tried to use the most sensible advice for beginners
If you’d like to add me so we can can support each other (especially in moments of weakness when people offer you cake at work) then fab!
