I'm a Type 2 diabetic. I can't do back or pelvic exercises until I can walk without a walker. I'm enrolled in physical therapy M,W,F for 1 hour sessions with a profession physical therapist. T-T-S, I do 20 minutes of upper body strength training at home with a program designed by my therapist. Also, I do twice-daily 20 minutes stretching routines, again designed by my therapist. I'm 74 and my current weight is 260. My weight goal is to lose 80 lbs by 09/16/2018. I'm on a low carb weight loss program of 2,000 calories daily precscribed by my diabetes doctor. Any advice to help me achieve my weight loss is appreciated?
