For health.... and $300!

Ok, so it's been awhile. I mean a seriously long while. I'm surprised the app didn't have cobweb imagery when I tried to log in (although it basically said "who are you, are you new?") :p
I used to be really diligent with logging my food and workouts back in 2013 and 2014 and a little in 2015. Yeah, I'd have the occasional quiet day or two, but all in all, I had a routine down. It's been almost 3 years and I have gained almost 80 lbs! I'm only 25, everyone says I'm too young for this! But the reality is, I did it to myself. So at the beginning of 2017, I made a few changes, I gave up (mostly) all soda with sugar and calories, I switched to Stevia instead of sugar for baking and coffee, and I've been more conscience of the ingredients of my food. And I lost 15 lbs..... But it's not enough.
Both my sig-other and I feel that for our health, we need to get serious about dropping dis donk, bustin' our bulges, so forth and so on. We are so serious, and very money motivated, so we have decided to have a Biggest Loser Challenge of sorts.

Here's how it works: we have each set a goal weight for ourselves (mine is 199lbs, his is 225lbs) to jump-start our weight loss and healthy lifestyle. First person to goal weight wins $300 from the other! <3 And, if god-forbid, neither of us quit hit our goal weight, it will be whoever has lost the most.
We have given ourselves until March 31st. That's a little under 5 months to lose 40 and 50 lbs respectively.
I could really use all the help and support I can get. I need accountability partners cheering me on, because Lord knows I don't wanna give this man $300 of my hard-earned cash :s
