I'm having trouble with my fat goal is 95 Any suggestions as I don't want this To become a problem

    Nuts, avocado, olive oil.

    It would be easier to help you out if you open your diary. That way we can see what you have been eating.

    Go to My Home > Settings > Diary Setting > Diary Sharing (at the bottom).

    It's only a problem if your fat intake is preventing you from reaching your other macro goals. Fat is calorie-dense, so too much might prevent you from, for instance, reaching your minimum protein intake without going over calorie goal.

    Obviously the answer to going over, if that's an issue for you, is to eat less fat and therefore more protein and/or carbs. Your diary is private so I can't give you specific advice.

    You're biggest problem is that bag of crisps you seem to be eating every day. One bag is nearly half of your fat for the day! Cut those out and you should be fine :)
