Bom Dia! I am starting literally all over. I was at 13%BF then I had to have two major brain surgeries. UGH! I am 5'4 and I now weigh 170lbs. I have an auto-immune disorder called pernicious anemia which makes my nutrition very very difficult to keep in check. I am very hard core in fitness. I was a practicing pathologist and surgeon as well as a Sports Medicine Dr. Before a severe injury set me on the sidelines. I need tons of support right now.I just got a UA band so if you have one add me to that list too.I am starting out strictly with nutrition as that is 85% of the success and moving in bebe steps with cardio and weight training. The goal is to get to 145lbs.1
