Night time munchie

I have just joined my fitness pal. I need help with my nighttime munchies and my sweet tooth. Any suggestions appreciated.

If you're a chocolate fancier, get the high cocoa content chocolate and suck slowly on a couple of pieces so they dissolve in your mouth rather than gobbling them down. A treat I really like that I haven't had in a while is: grate the chocolate into 2% Greek vanilla yogurt and stir it up. Delicious - and you can add some defrosted frozen cherries or sugar free cherry preserves for a chocolate cherry treat.0
