Pick-Me-Up... How to face an early level-out of weight loss after WLS?

Been musing this morning, and figured I'd see if the MFP ether had anything to share that might help.
I pop up occasionally; I've had a long history on here, and a good amount of success. Let's be clear, I'm not disappointed with the fact that I've lost 248lbs or the fact that I am keeping those pounds off.
About a year and a half ago, I made the decision to seriously pursue weight loss surgery because I was sitting at a weight loss stall for a little over a year no matter what we tried.
Well, I have lost a lot since surgery. It worked okay. I was admittedly concerned about a long term VLCD because I've had problems in the past due to complex anorexia, but was assured that it'll be all right.
The first thing that was noticed was that I didn't lose weight nearly as quickly as the average WLS patient would. My loss rate also tapered pretty early on. Now, I'm almost 1 year out from surgery and I still show incremental loss when most people are "done" losing from their surgery... But I'm also at least 30 pounds from projected post-op results. I'm 278lbs right now and that's still 100lbs over the average for my height (6'1").
Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, how did you kick yourself out of the slow down and back on track? I know that it's likely because of the major restriction. Frankly, I've never talked to another WLS patient that had a profound eating disorder prior to surgery and I'm hoping to connect with someone, because I truly believe that that's what I'm dealing with.
To be clear... I am not looking at a revision need. I do talk to my team but I cannot get insurance coverage to see the dietitian for the program at this point. Do my best to get information as I can but if anyone reads this and has an idea, or is in the same boat, or whatever, bring it on.

This is odd. Which procedure did you have, may I ask? RNY, the lap band, or the sleeve?0

I had an RNY procedure. We opted for this because of my excess weight level but also because it can be reversed, since I've shown malnutrition issues in the past with VLCD. I lost about 120lbs prior to surgery with diet and exercise, and am about 150lbs down since surgery. Projected weight loss for this time frame since surgery, however, is over 200lbs.
Most surgeons won't do a band anymore, and I was heavily advised against doing a sleeve. Pretty frustrating really.0
