Newbie to MFP!

Hi y'all!

I've just signed up on MFP to help me keep track of calories in/calories out! I've come a long way on my journey (80+ lbs) but still have a long way to go. I work out at the gym 5 days a week. I strength train 3 days and swim a mile (32 laps) 5 days. I have been overweight since the age of 13, I'm now 43 (44 in a few days). My journey isn't so much about getting thin as it is about feeling good. I want to LIVE life instead of existing. Well, I hope to be a positive part of the community!     :flowerforyou: Welcome! I have only beem on MFP for 6 days now. It really helps me keep track of what I eat and on track. Hang in there.
