Hello everyone. I’m new to MFP. My current goal is to lose 20lbs of fat. I’m 5’3 at 126 lbs. my goal weight is 105 - 110 lbs. Currently I'm just doing portion control, exercise, and eating 1,200 calories a day. Eventually I would like to weight train and get toned as well.
