First I want to preface with..... I am not taking this!
I don't believe in miracle supplements or "magic" weight loss programs for the low low price of $399.60.
I truly believe in CICO by correctly logging calories and exercise.
But.... a co-worker just ordered it.
No, I won't say anything about it unless asked, however if I am asked, I'd like to be able have an informed rational discussion about it.
Sometimes a person only has one chance to get they're thoughts across.....
So what would you say if you were asked about it?

Here you go. I'd be tempted to print it off and leave it lying around.1 -

I wouldn't use this one. Yes, they criticize this particular weight loss product, but recommend another one instead. They have a link on the article to their product of choice, which is also a diet pill that claims to "burn fat" among other nonsense claims. On that page there's a link to the "official website" where you can buy the product. This tells me that they're a sales affiliate of the other company and their "reviews" are designed to steer people to products they're selling.
I personally don't mind buying products from affiliates, but this website is pretending to be a "consumer advocate" when in reality they're selling things. They're just not being honest about it. Always a red flag for me.0 -
https://www.webmd.com/vitamins-and-supplements/garcinia-cambogia-weight-loss isn't particularly encouraging (as expected).
