My Healthy Eating, During My Cycle (TOM)

Hi everyone,
I am new to this discussion board. I have been logging into myfitnesspal.com since July 2017. I logged in weighing 194 lbs. I am now down to 172 lbs. I am kinda concerned: when us women are faced with that monthly visitor how do we maintain with all of the craving and the bloating?
I have walked for the last few days, from 30-45 minutes or more. Does this help any or do I just need to wait until my visitor has gone?
